Arqui, brought the Cubanissimo Cuban Food Truck to life on the Central Coast in February 2016. It now operates in both SLO and SB Counties.

Sharing Arqui's cultural heritage with the local community through authentic Cuban cuisine has been an American dream come true!

In August 2017, he embarked on his newest adventure, the Cubanissimo Cuban Coffee House & Cafe to Orcutt and also to in 2023 in Vandenberg Space Force Base. The cafe offers a high-quality, fast-casual Cuban dining experience where patrons can get the Cuban food they have come to love in a more traditional setting.
